Hot Vinyasa

This class is suitable for Beginners and more Advanced practitioners. Class will be heated to 90 degrees, and will link breath to movement, journeying through intention, opening poses, sun A & B Salutations, standing, seated, backbends and other postures, with modifications and instruction always offered. This total body practice will leave you feeling alive, aligned, and blissfully aware of the breath within.

Duration: 60 min.

Hot Vinyasa 2/3

This class is heated between 90-95 degrees and assumes some experience and familiarity with yoga postures, and will provide instruction toward more advanced postures, taught in stages, all while remaining focused on the linkage of breath and movement. Expect to take your flow deeper, Sweat, and leave feeling empowered and restored.

Heated Power Flow

Our Heated Power Flow class is heated to 90 degress. Power Flow focuses on strength, stamina, concentration and SWEAT. You will leave feeling blissed out. Suitable for all levels, with modifications taught as needed.

Duration: 60 min.

Warm Slow Flow

This Warm class (heated to 79 degrees) will move slower, break down poses, use props, address modifications in depth, and build foundations to weave into Flow. Perfect for Beginners or those requiring a gentler practice. A focus on breath and easy movement is maintained throughout.

Sunday Soak

The best of restorative yoga and sound healing combined with healing assists. Everything you need to make your Sunday sweet.

Duration: 60 min.

Private Sessions

Since she became certified in 2014, Victoria has been especially interested in having the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients and hone in on individual needs. Private instruction allows for undivided attention in a safe and supportive space. Whether you are struggling with an injury, chronic pain, or other physical limitations, she will guide you through the root causes and how to connect with your body in order to heal. Working together towards increased mobility and/or greater facility, Victoria will help you to discover how to refine your practice, increase your confidence and cultivate access to relaxation and power within the body.
