Satya Hot Yoga is Vernon's Home for Hot Vinyasa & Hot Vinyasa 2/3, Heated Power Flow, Bikram (Hot 26) and Warm Yinyasa Yoga, while also holding space for complimentary practices such as Restorative.
Satya (Truth in Sanskrit) seeks to hold a space that invites students of all levels to meet themselves, their potential, their restoration, their strength, and more, through the practice yoga. Yoga is alchemy. Hot classes are taught at 90 degrees, warm classes are at 80 degrees. Satya Hot Yoga offers also Private Sessions.

Yoga welcomes everyone! Embarking on your yoga journey is an exhilarating start. Regardless of the class style you choose, we believe it's crucial to commence your journey with top-notch instructional guidance in an optimal setting. At Satya Hot Yoga, any class serves as an excellent starting point for your practice. If you are new to Hot Yoga, please know you can take it at your pace, step out, find child’s pose, get water and simply honor where you are at. Remember any new practice is the beginning of a journey and our teachers are here to help and answer questions. Please come hydrated, and on a mostly empty stomach for the best experience! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll share the yoga space with individuals at various levels, and all our classes create a secure and enjoyable environment for exploring yoga. As you progress week by week, your strength, stamina, and knowledge will steadily build, laying a sturdy foundation to motivate and prepare you for future classes.
